What we collect, and what we do with it.

Depending on which form you use, we collect:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and city or postal code.
• Vehicle interest — the vehicles you view, save or enquire about, and any test drive you book.
• Trade-in details — your current vehicle's VIN, mileage, condition and any photos you upload.
• Financing application details — date of birth, home address and housing costs, employment and income, existing debt obligations, and whether you have previously declared bankruptcy or consumer proposal. This is sensitive information and we only collect it when you choose to apply for financing.
• Technical information — pages visited and how you arrived at the site, used to understand which listings and advertising are working.

To respond to your enquiry, book appointments, appraise a trade-in, and submit a financing application to lenders on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

• Lenders. When you submit a financing application, its contents are shared with the lenders we work with so they can assess it. Each lender then handles your information under its own privacy policy. Lenders currently used: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY CPL: list of lending partners].
• Credit reporting agencies. Assessing a financing application involves a credit check — see the disclosure shown on the financing form before you submit.
• Service providers. Companies that host this website and store its data on our behalf, bound to use it only for that purpose.
