Are your prices negotiable?+
Our listed prices are set based on current Ontario market data, so there is no back-and-forth required. Any additional fees are disclosed in writing before you sign.
Do you finance customers with limited or damaged credit?+
We work with several Canadian lenders covering a range of credit situations. Approval, rate and term are determined by the lender based on your application — we can tell you where you stand before you commit.
Is every vehicle inspected?+
Yes. Every vehicle receives a mechanical inspection and is safety certified before delivery. The inspection report is available on request.
Can I trade in my current vehicle?+
Yes. Submit your vehicle details through our trade-in form and a member of our team will follow up with an appraisal appointment.
Do you offer test drives?+
Yes, by appointment. Bring a valid Ontario driver's licence and we will have the vehicle ready when you arrive.
What fees should I expect?+
Applicable HST, licensing and registration fees. There are no hidden documentation surprises — the out-the-door figure is provided before any paperwork.
Where are you, and when are you open?+
We're at Unit 9 - 580 Steven Ct., Newmarket, ON L3Y 6Z2. Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sunday Closed. Test drives are by appointment so the car is ready when you get here.
Are the monthly payments on the website what I would actually pay?+
The figure on each listing is an estimate from published assumptions — rate, term and down payment. Your payment depends on the lender's offer and the vehicle. Use the calculator on the listing, or apply and we'll walk through real numbers.
Does the inventory on the website stay current?+
We update listings as cars arrive and sell. If something looks right, call or book a viewing — a car can go the same day it's listed.
Do you have vehicle history reports?+
Where a CARFAX Canada report is on file, the listing has a link. If it isn't linked, ask us and we'll get you what we have before you buy.
